I need to make it perfectly clear that I really want to be wrong about this prediction. Anyone could have been born on this day, and that would not make them a pervert. Depending on the house placement, these energies would either be something subconscious and buried or something conscious and active. I don’t have a birth time.
That being said, I think it’s important to be aware of the potential dark side of anyone who is going to be given a lot of power.
And this side is pretty dark.
I would like to note here that Hitler + Charlie Chaplin had very similar birth charts and were born very close to each other. Energies of importance and affect our seen in a natal chart. There are some days that create important people. It is determined by the time of birth and the location of birth aspects of the Sun and the Moon to determine if that legacy is infamous or famous..

The only hope I can have is that the house system from the birth time would miraculously dispel some of the activity. All right, let's get into it.
I’m going to present some placements and their aspects and describe the potential reflection that you might see in one’s personality.
And then I’ll tell you who it is.
This person is a full moon energy with a skipped step. In astrology, if there is a perfect 90° angle between the eclipses and a placement like the Moon or the Nodes, this is a skipped step. It means that there’s something in this mix that you need to address in order to evolve, and you have to address it in almost every instance of your life.

Let’s start with the ruler of the solar placement. Pisces is ruled by Jupiter. Jupiter at 22° Taurus is in insatiable thirst—thirst for stability and resources.
By aspect, Jupiter is in opposition to Neptune in Scorpio. The concept of possession is skewed. Taurus and Scorpio are the possession-obsession axis. The opposition here alludes to the boundlessness of both of these very spiritual, ethereal planets being at odds with the integration of the dynamics of possession and obsession with the material and spiritual dynamics of life.
Early Gen Xers share a lot of aspects that shaped their generational experience. One of these markers of a Gen Xer is the sextile with Virgo’s Pluto and Uranus conjunction.
Astrology always teaches us about the micro and macro. What’s going on out in the world is very reflective of the people in it. Pluto and Uranus took a long time to get together, and when they did in the constellation of Virgo, it really reflected the evolution of the internet that we saw in the ’60s. (The first packet switching happened in 1965.) This vibration reflected an integrative, utilized maturity and expectation Gen Xers grew up with. They were expected to "handle themselves" and the world around them.
Jupiter in Taurus could be fertilizing your garden or dosing your drink. The other placements tell us about how it works. Jupiter is a very important planet in this person’s chart because they are a Pisces Sun. With the extra influence of Neptune in Scorpio retrograde, we see that boundaries are something constructed in the mind and manipulated at will. The spell this person puts people under is Grand. It needs to be noted here that this person is born under the year of the snake in Chinese astrology.
This person has Venus in combustion (in front of the Sun) and conjunct Chiron, all in Pisces. There’s a lot of charisma here. But ultimately, there is a sadness involving women, especially the feminine inner self. This can also present as the teachers and healers in this person’s life being women. In fact, it’s most likely that this person can only really be hurt by females and can only be healed with the influence of women.
A person born under the alignment of Venus conjunct Chiron has a double-edged sword of being both hurt and healed by women. Venus represents beauty, feminine qualities, equality, balance, harmony, and beauty. Chiron reflects the parts of us that see themselves as permanently broken and hold empathy for others and their brokenness. This alignment regularly starts off painfully with a mother figure being domineering (especially if the Sun, Mars, or Saturn is involved by aspect, which is the case in this chart).
The Saturn involvement in the constellation where the Sun is holds a very cold shoulder. Although charming, warm, and charismatic, this fish can ghost and isolate with ancient patience.
But speaking of patience, we need to talk about Saturn. People with Saturn near their solar placement find themselves very disciplined and tend to work very hard. They’re patient and persistent, but they often are late bloomers. Generally, people with this placement start bringing a lot of stability later in life.
That being said, Mars is in opposition. With Mars in opposition to Saturn, there would be trials and tribulations in their life related to sex and karma—restriction, reservation, control, and power..... And it could be a public problem with his position being as high as it is. This is unknown because we don't know a birth time.
These placements I’ve listed above are in opposition to the second stellium in the natal chart. This chart is a full moon frequency, so the opposition is also the house of the Moon. Three planets, including Mars, Pluto, and Uranus, were all retrograde in the sign of Virgo during the birth of this person. To have the Moon in close proximity aligns the sky with intensity and an obsessional drive for material and tactical experiences.
Mars is here with the Moon in Virgo, Pluto, and Uranus. This does have a taste of deviancy to it, especially with the retrograde placements. Debauchery is also something that comes up sometimes when we see the combination of these elements. There was a Russian serial killer born the same week as Mark Carney and his crimes were very reflective of that particular planetary alignment reflecting the worst possible outcome. Yevgeny Chuplinsky was born 2 days before Prime Minister Carney.
Being that these planets are in opposition to Venus and square to the nodes, but trining Jupiter, tells me the sexual tastes of this person are insatiable and easily met through popular financial gains.
This person would be fantastic at business, being able to intuitively know when global pains are going to happen and being emotionally detached enough to just take advantage of the situation.
This person is meticulous in their ability to sense a liar because they can lie very well, knowing the power of silence and the influence of impression is greater than the words directly spoken.
The Saturn placement in this chart, in opposition to Mars, says that their karma will come through their choices in how they use their power. Being that their Mars and Saturn are in feminine signs, it’s likely their karma is tied to the women in their life.
Mars in Virgo has a tendency for perversion. Pluto is a higher octave of Mars energy, with a quieter but more magnetic, powerful influence, utilizing the tactical and meticulous intelligence of Virgo to transmute the frequency.
The Moon aligning with these very intense and potent earthy frequencies influences the moods of this person, who is psychically connected to the primal natures of others.
Let’s talk a little bit about the Moon’s ruler, Mercury in Aries at 13°. Fast-thinking, intellectually innovative, and spicy-speaking Mercury in the dynamic, initiatory fire sign of Aries gets great influence from the nodal placements, strengthening its ability to outwit and dominate intellectual opponents. I think the part that really made me laugh out loud was the Capricorn Black Moon Lilith. This person naturally benefits from chaos in industry. It’s actually where they shine the brightest. The irony is that they probably had a hand in the causation of the chaos.
**Note**: No placement is good or bad. Some placements struggle more to fulfill their regular influence from certain constellations, but their influence is still impactful. The notion of good or bad is subjective to the person who categorizes it as such.
Saturn is in strong influence in a lot of his chart, and it’s likely that his Saturn lessons were about his problems with women. By the age (60) he is now, he would have already had two Saturn returns, one just recently last year.
Vedic astrology says the 3 years around Saturn transiting natal Sun bring karmic receipts. So by that count he still has a year of karma showing up on him from the last 30 years.
